1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration & KYC

Required documents include a photo or scan of your MyKad (both sides) and a selfie holding the MyKad. aplha88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents such as bank statements or utility bills for further verification.

Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in a temporary account freeze until the verification process is complete.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

5Withdrawal of Wins

Aplha88 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Your winnings are entirely yours and we do not charge any withdrawal processing fees.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 each transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — matching the name registered with aplha88.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal.
• Aplha88 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits for legal compliance purposes.
• Processing time depends on the chosen method — DuitNow is typically completed within 1–5 minutes, bank transfers within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to rollover requirements as stated in the relevant bonus terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Aplha88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all aplha88 bonuses are as follows:

8Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. aplha88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Aplha88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aplha88 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Multiple account ownership — registering or using more than one account under any circumstances.
• Money laundering — using this platform to conceal or process proceeds of crime.
• Game arrangement — engaging in any scheme to manipulate game outcomes or Sports Betting results.
• Software bug exploitation — exploiting any technical vulnerabilities of the platform for unauthorized gain.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any third-party software to automate gambling.
• Identity fraud — using another person's personal information or falsified documents during registration or KYC.
• Systematic bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts or colluding with other players to exploit promotions.
• Unauthorized chargeback — filing payment chargebacks for legitimate deposits with payment providers.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Aplha88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspicious activity or potential involvement in financial fraud.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no activity.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation (such as a voluntary closure by the user), any valid balance will be returned to the user after the required verification process is completed. However, if closure occurs due to a terms violation, aplha88 reserves the right to withhold all associated funds.
